- Shorts for a lower extremity injury. Tank top for upper extremity injury.
- Comfortable loose fitting clothing for back and neck injuries.
- Athletic shoes for all evaluations especially orthotic evaluations.
- Insurance card.

If you have an appointment with our Vestibular Rehabilitation team, Runner’s Clinic or Pilates class, the videos below will show you what to expect at your visit!

The first visit will consist of an evaluation which will be about 45 minutes to 1 hour. You will be asked questions about your injury. Measurements and testing will be performed.
Following the evaluation an exercise program will be developed, including a home exercise program.
