Biography
Susan Creary, MD, MSc, is an Associate Professor of Pediatrics and pediatric hematologist in the division of Hematology/Oncology/BMT, and a principal investigator in the Abigail Wexner Research Institute at Nationwide Children’s Hospital. Her clinical and research interests are in benign hematology, specifically in improving the outcomes of children and adolescents with sickle cell disease. Dr. Creary received her medical degree from Indiana University School of Medicine in 2007. She completed her pediatric residency at Riley Children’s Hospital in Indianapolis in 2010 and her pediatric hematology/oncology fellowship at Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh of UPMC while also receiving her Masters of Science in Clinical Research at the University of Pittsburgh in 2013.
