The Nationwide Children’s Hospital Columbus Marathon & ½ Marathon is pleased to announce the mile assignments and themes for its field of “Patient Champions” who will represent 24 of the 26.2 miles on this year’s course. Mountain biking, also known as off-road biking, is a great way to stay physically active while enjoying nature and exploring the outdoors. The good news is that mountain biking-related injuries have decreased.
