Biography
Noah Garcia is a Sports Performance Specialist in the Sports Medicine department of NCH and has been working with the athletic teams of Reynoldsburg High School since January 2020. Along with designing training protocols for team sports, Noah is also responsible for overseeing Strength & Conditioning classes for all students at Reynoldsburg High School’s Livingston campus. Prior to his time at NCH, Noah interned for the University of Denver in the Winter/Spring of 2019 where he implemented training protocols for more than a dozen Division I teams and worked closely with Return to Play athletes. Originally from California, Noah moved to Columbus in 2015, where he graduated from Capital University in 2017 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Health & Fitness Management. He then graduated from the University of Missouri with a Master of Education degree in Positive Coaching in 2019.
