Mary DiOrio, MD, Named Medical Director, Partners For Kids Mary DiOrio, MD, has joined Partners For Kids as the medical director. Her responsibilities include initiatives to improve health outcomes for the children in our community, collaborating with providers to implement initiatives, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure Partners For Kids appropriately supports its provider network and members. Previously, Dr. DiOrio was the senior medical director of Quality and Population Health for the OhioHealth Physician Group. There she guided the development of population health strategies and provided leadership for quality and safety. She also served in several roles with the Ohio Department of Health, including medical director. She earned a bachelor of science in biology from the University of Notre Dame, a doctor of medicine and a master’s degree in public health from The Ohio State University. She completed residencies in both family practice and preventative medicine.
Nationwide Children’s Recognized for Inclusive Care and Employment Practices Nationwide Children’s has once again earned the “LGBTQ+ Health Care Equality Leader” designation from the Human Rights Campaign Foundation for its successful commitment to being both an inclusive health care provider and employer.
