A board-certified pediatric neurologist, Dr. Kulkarni completed his pediatrics and child neurology training at Phoenix Children’s Hospital and the Barrow Neurological Institute, and his pediatric clinical neurophysiology fellowship at Nationwide Children’s Hospital.
