Vernon Avenue Columbus, OH 43203 (614) 937-8540 *Note: Allow time for potential heavy traffic and parking ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: The 9th Annual Lifting the Family Back-to-School Giveaway, presented by Christian Women United, provides local families with the necessities for sending their kids back to school. Staff from Nationwide Children’s Hospital will be on hand to administer immunizations in addition to representatives from OSU College of Nursing and College of Optometry to offer physicals and eye exams. Parents must bring their child’s shot records for immunizations services. In addition to the various medical services, there will also be items such as school supplies, school uniforms, clothing and food available for students and parents. All of the services and supplies offered are free to the public.
