Biography
Maggie Stein, MS, LGC, is a laboratory genetic counselor for the Institute for Genomic Medicine Clinical Laboratory. Prior to joining the lab team, she was a pediatric genetic counselor at Nationwide Children’s Hospital. As a laboratory genetic counselor, she provides both internal and external support for clinicians in regards to appropriate test ordering, limitations of different tests, specimen requirements and troubleshooting, possible outcomes, and follow up on abnormal test results as well as report writing.
