As a clinical social worker in the Craniofacial and Plastic Surgery clinic, Ms. Emily Snow completes psychosocial assessments with our families to identify their needs and their strengths, as well as protective factors. As a member of our team, her role involves supporting our families, making sure our patients’ needs are met, and linking our patients and families with different community resources. Ms. Snow is involved with our families from prenatal diagnoses through the transition to adulthood. Her overarching goal is to see our patients thrive. Ms. Snow’s educational background includes a Bachelor’s degree in human development and family studies and a Master’s degree in clinical social work. Prior to working at Nationwide Children’s hospital, she held many positions in the helping professions that led to her interest in social work where she enjoys working with patients and families.
