Autism – Primary Care Participants in this series will engage with developmental and behavioral pediatricians, psychologists and other health care professionals skilled in effective care and treatment for individuals with autism and their families. Participants will engage in didactics and case-based learning to build skills and knowledge in best practices and present cases specific to children at risk for or diagnosed with autism while learning more about common medical concerns and co-occurring conditions in children with autism. ECHO Autism: Primary Care offers multiple learning sessions, each lasting 60 minutes. Participants have a chance to discuss pediatric cases for real-time advice from experts and learn about best practices and evidence-based care for:
Managing co-occurring conditions Teen safety, gender and transition to adulthood Managing behavior, patient support and leveraging educational options for students

Participants in this series will learn how to develop and implement autism evaluations over telehealth while also identifying necessary components of an interdisciplinary evaluation and how they can be adapted to a telehealth format.
