COLUMBUS, Ohio –On Our Sleeves was launched in October 2018 by Nationwide Children’s Hospital to help break the stigma around child and adolescent mental and behavioral health. Many corporations have since joined the movement and during the month of May, Mental Health Awareness Month, many central Ohio businesses are supporting On Our Sleeves in the following ways:

AD ON THE MOVE is donating advertising space on their mobile billboards. Alliance Data employees will have an opportunity to learn more about the movement at employee engagement booths. Coffee Connections is donating proceeds from their drink of the month. Costco members can purchase the Children’s Miracle Network balloon icon. The Daily Growler in Powell will announce a date in May to donate proceeds. Money collected at central Ohio Dairy Queen registers will be donated. Diamond Cellar will help patients at Nationwide Children’s design a piece of jewelry for Mother’s Day. Experience Columbus is dedicating their May employee jeans day donations. For every online sale, For the OH will donate $1. For every car sold in May, Germain Nissan will donate $100. Hilliard Davidson High School will dedicate proceeds & admission fees from orchestra night, The Art Destroys Silence concert, on May 15. Vintage apparel retailer, Homage is selling On Our Sleeves T-shirts online with 15% from each shirt sold supporting the movement. On May 1, KEMBA Financial Credit Union will match contributions to On Our Sleeves via social media donations. 20% of all proceeds from a May 18 shopping event at Kendra Scott will be donated. On May 28, The Kitchen will donate 10% of Taco Tuesday sales. Starting May 1, Microsoft employees in Ohio are encouraged to participate in a corporate challenge aimed to raise funds. One dollar from the purchase of Millcraft paper through their Buy & Give program will be donated. Namaste in Love Yoga will donate a portion of the proceeds from their May 19 class. Nate’s Steamed Bagels will be collecting donations. Nationwide associates will have an opportunity to round up their cafeteria purchases. Radio station1 The Fan personalities are using their voices and stories to advocate and raise funds. Panda Express locations throughout central Ohio will collect donations at registers. Panera Bread is offering a round-up option for patrons at its 44 participating central Ohio locations and will donate a portion of proceeds from purchases of their bear claw pastry. Planthropy will donate 15% of the online sale of their moss wall interior design art pieces. Customized On Our Sleeves Popsockets are available for purchase with 50% of each Popsocket sold supporting the movement. Radio One will advocate for the movement by sharing important childhood mental and behavioral educational resources. Roaming Goat Coffee Co. is donating proceeds from their drink of the month and sharing hope by decorating their coffee sleeves with icons from the On Our Sleeves Central Ohio Speedway gas stations will collect donations at registers. Thirty-One Gifts customers will have the option to round up to the nearest dollar of their purchase. TUMI will host a special shopping event to benefit On Our Sleeves. The Walrus will donate $2 for every North High Shandy sold in the month of May. In addition to treating a hospital patient champion to a manicure featuring On Our Sleeves nail art, The W Nail Bar will ask their social media followers to donate to the cause. Zest Juice will donate $1 for every smoothie sold.

They join Big Lots who first made a transformational commitment to childhood mental health in 2016 with a $50 million gift announcement to support the Big Lots Behavioral Health Pavilion and Big Lots Behavioral Health Services at Nationwide Children’s.
