Biography

Chad Crabtree, LPTA, has been a licensed physical therapy assistant by The Ohio Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, and Athletic Trainers Board Association since 2003. Chad is also a Strength Training Specialist by IWA (International Weightlifting Association). Chad built a passion for Physical Therapy after numerous knee surgeries in high school that derailed him athletically and desire to help other young athletes overcome their injuries to return back to their sport. Chad also has a love for weightlifting and the need for proper form/technique to help prevent common gym injuries. In his time outside of the clinic he enjoys spending his time coaching his children and their friends in youth sports (football, basketball, and softball). Outside of Physical Therapy/Weightlifting coaching youth sports is a passion of his, teaching children the importance of the proper techniques to prevent injuries and to also have passion/fun with what ever they do is just as important.
