Catie Christensen, PT, DPT, PCS is a staff physical therapist, the evidence-based practice coordinator, and a member of the multidisciplinary stroke clinic at Nationwide Children’s Hospital. In June of 2017, Catie received her pediatric specialty certification through the American Physical Therapy Association. She has specialty training in the use of the WalkAide, pediatric vestibular dysfunction, the general movement assessment, and serial casting.Catie has published 6 peer-reviewed research manuscripts and has presented 19 times at state or national physical therapy conferences. Her publications and presentations have focused on congenital muscular torticollis, idiopathic toe walking, treadmill training, the vestibular system, and knowledge translation. She is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association.
