For more than 20 years the International Scholars Program has made visitors welcome by providing clean, comfortable, and cost-conscious accommodations. These private room rentals in shared 2- and 3-bedroom properties are continuously upgraded providing comforts and conveniences ideal for a short-term, living experience. Lease terms range from 1 week to 3 months. Description Each rental unit is fully furnished with all the amenities of home. The culturally diverse neighborhood is located 1 block from the hospital and within walking distance of restaurants and convenience stores. The units are a 5-minute drive to additional restaurants, theaters, art galleries, sports arenas, houses of worship, and cultural events. Who is Eligible to Use Campus Housing The limited number of rental units will be made available in this order to:
International Scholars Program participants Out of town residents participating in an affiliated Graduate Medical Education Program Researchers and Community Education students in need of short-term housing Others as approved
Rental Process The International Scholars Program (ISP) can be notified of housing needs by the individual, the affiliated institution, or the host department. Interested parties should:
Complete the rental application and submit to ISP@NationwideChildrens.org The ISP will respond within 3 days with availability information. The ISP will assign an address and send an invoice approximately 1-2 weeks prior to your arrival with instructions for a contactless move in. All required documents will be completed and signed electronically prior to the move in. Rental payment and $150 non-refundable cleaning fees are due prior to arrival unless other arrangements have been made. No cash/checks are accepted.
