Biography
Brandi Wippel, RN, BSN is the Nursing Care Coordinator for the Cytopenia and Bone Marrow Failure Team. The Nursing Care Coordinator works with patients and families to help navigate and coordinate the health care needs of patients diagnosed with Cytopenias or a Bone Marrow Failure. Nurse Care Coordinators provide education to patients and families and help in answering questions about diagnosis, symptom management and treatments, medications and health-related concerns specific to our population. Brandi works with families on an outpatient basis, in clinic and during admission to the hospital. She works closely with our physician, psychosocial, pharmacy and home care teams to help our patients achieve best outcomes.
