Ben Reader, PT, DPT, is a research scientist within the Division of Clinical Therapies at Nationwide Children’s Hospital. He provides research support for inpatient and outpatient-developmental physical therapists, licensed massage therapists, and homecare therapies. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy from Keele University in 2017 and completed his transitional Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2020. Ben also provides clinical care as a physical therapist on the inpatient therapy team providing care to acutely ill pediatric patients. While supporting varied research endeavors within the division, he is particularly interested in acute-care rehabilitation, hematology/oncology treatments, and community health.
