Biography

A. Anyelika Delerme, MD, is an Assistant Professor of Pediatrics and Internal Medicine at The Ohio State University College of Medicine. She recently joined the Division of Hospital Medicine as a Med-Peds Hospitalist at The Ohio State Wexner Medical Center and Nationwide Children’s Hospital. As a graduate of the Medical College of Wisconsin (Milwaukee), Dr. Delerme completed her residency training in combined Internal Medicine and Pediatrics at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center and Nationwide Children’s Hospital where she served as Chief Resident. During her training, Dr. Delerme co-founded the GME-wide Council for Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Advocacy (IDEA). She also spearheaded recruitment efforts within her residency program for those who identify as Underrepresented in Medicine. Dr. Delerme is thrilled to be able to continue to pursue her passions in medical education as well as inclusion and diversity, particularly as it relates to medical training and patient care.
