When not providing hospital based pediatrics and adult care, she focuses on improving the quality, patient safety and resources utilization in the health systems for which she works. Dr. Heacock oversees the systems based practice education to the medical students at Ohio State University. Lastly, she is passionate about caring for patients admitted with failure to thrive and serves as a physician lead for the Failure to Thrive Pathway.
