The 6th Annual BuckeyeThon dance marathon will be held February 17-18 at the Recreation and Physical Activity Center (RPAC) on The Ohio State University campus in Columbus. The event is organized and facilitated by Ohio State students (full list below) with all proceeds benefiting Columbus Childrens Hospital. Hundreds of participants and volunteers will engage in 14 hours of non-stop dancing and entertainment. Since its inception in 2002, BuckeyeThon has raised over $170,000 to benefit Childrens Hospital.As part of the Childrens Champions program, patient families are invited to join the fun at the 2007 BuckeyeThon. There will be an honorary dinner for Childrens Hospital Champions and their families, along with games, dancing and more Saturday, February 17. Childrens Champions was formed to recognize patients and give them an opportunity to share their special stories.
